Our Mission
APEX was founded in 2003 by forward-thinking business leaders who recognized the need for a new approach to economic development in Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin.
Their vision was to create a private sector-led organization that would serve as a catalyst for sustainable growth throughout the region. What began as an innovative idea has grown into an influential force driving economic vitality across our ten-county territory.
